The ONLY reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating was because no actual owners manual and warranty information was enclosed in the box. The recipe book was there, but that was it. I saw a video that mentioned programing the 1-4 buttons to customize them, but I have no idea how it's done, or even if this is possible, because I have no manual.I'm sure it doesn't happen normally, but I have no idea who to contact about this issue.
