I am highly suspicious of all the positive reviews for this product; they are all five star, one or two sentences long and they have the same "voice". Also, if you look at the other products they have reviewed, they only "reviewed" other products by Jeff Primack. Save your money.
The book is a bit overpriced considering that most of the recipes can be found for free with a quick google search...maybe that's how the author found his recipes in the first place. There are cheaper alternatives. Just search for green smoothies.

This book is SIMPLE MAGIC. I used the Osteoporosis recipes on page 20 to support bone regrowth following serious bone surgery and spinal fusions. I did not take calcium supplements. After one year, the sugeon said he hadn't seen anyone repair and grow new bone as fast as I did. I told him what I did with the smoothies and other mineralization. He got it! Even though it is not AMA Medical.
I also read Mr Primack's "Conquering ANY Disease" to support my understanding of how and why the ingredients and protocols work.

What an amazing book, I do not know where to begin. I have tried so many of the smoothie drinks in this book and all of them so far have been so delicious. Thru out the day after having consumed one of these wonderful smoothies I feel full of energy and ready to go.
